Kate Gosselin and her children didn't have the best time camping in Alaska, but perhaps this latest trip will go better.
Camping trip in Alaska with the Palin family? Check! Next up for the Gosselin kids and mommy Kate? A trip to Australia and New Zealand to film upcoming episodes of their TLC show "Kate Plus 8"!
Hopefully, the trip Down Under will go a bit more smoothly than the nature outing. (It wasn't the kids who threw a fit last time, but Kate, who whined endlessly and finally packed up the kids and took off mere hours after arriving at the camp site.) This latest excursion certainly got off to a pretty decent start. According to Radar Online, the gang flew out of the country Tuesday night in first-class seats, where Kate no doubt had all the utensils and napkins she wanted while camping but didn't get.
A source told the gossip site, "They will be filming for 'Kate Plus 8,' and the kids are excited about visiting both Australia and New Zealand."
The family will be there -- sans dad Jon -- until mid-January, the source also told Radar. (OK, we know two of the Gosselin kids were expelled -- or being home-schooled, depending on who you believe -- but what about the other six?)
