What started out as an innocent ogle led to some serious consequences on "Desperate Housewives." Bree was admiring the fine form of her contractor, Keith, as she was backing out of her driveway (and really, who can blame her? David Silver ... I mean, Brian Austin Green ... has grown up to be a bit of a looker!). With her eyes glued to him instead of the road, she backed into Juanita Solis, who was riding her bike, and sent the little girl to the hospital.
Fortunately, Juanita wasn't seriously injured, but it was the beginning of the end of Gaby's perfectly happy family life. At the hospital, a nurse who didn't know about the baby switcheroo asked Gaby when she and Carlos adopted their daughter. When Gaby insisted Juanita was their biological child, the nurse implied Gaby cheated because two parents with blood type O couldn't possibly have a type A baby, leading Gaby to fear she had drunkenly cheated on a ski trip with Susan years ago. And in usual Gaby form, she concocted a plan to explain the whole situation (and supposed infidelity) to Carlos when he returned from a business trip. Her answer? Sexsomnia, of course! See, she didn't knowingly cheat on her husband -- she was asleep and had sex with a French guy she called Le Package. Makes total sense!
When Carlos heard her explanation, he broke the news and her heart.
Elsewhere in Fairview, Susan kicked her new webcam venture into high gear and raked in the extra dough while leading Mike to believe that the money was from her "wearable art." He nearly discovered the true source of the money when he came home unexpectedly to find her cleaning excitedly in some sexy lingerie, and the two nearly gave the viewers of Va-Va-Va Broom a real show. And on the topic of lingerie, it seems Paul's new wife is feeling less than amorous toward him. She had married him while he was imprisoned for murder and had expected him to stay behind bars for life. What was once a fantasy for her had turned into a nightmare.
Things were also on shaky ground in the Scavo household. Tom was diagnosed with postpartum depression, which led to endless ridicule from Lynette. This drove him to turn to Renee for someone to talk to, and talk they did. As Lynette said, the two had a "pajama party" and gabbed into the wee hours of the morning, then followed it up with dinner at a fancy French restaurant. Lynette started to worry about her husband's relationship with her sexy, separated pal, and rightly so. It turns out Tom and Renee had a thing years ago. And now, Renee's moving into Edie's old house across the street.
